About a month ago, my laptop completely shut down.  I called The Tech Know Dude for assistance, and he promptly returned my call.  He arrived at my home the next morning to begin working on my computer, but after several hours, realized that my computer was going to take much more work.  He took my laptop with him and worked tirelessly until he had completely restored my computer back to it’s original working order.  I’m sure any other company would have told me to go ahead and buy another computer.   I will continue to use The Tech Know Dude for all my computer needs in the future.
